Delicious Nutrition for Optimal Health
We believe that one of the best ways to optimize health is through delicious, nutrient-dense foods.
This means a focus on clean foods that are unprocessed and uncontaminated by pesticides and added hormones. It means shopping from the grocery store perimeter, and choosing real foods instead of packaged convenience ones. It's an acknowledgment that fad diets are fleeting, and that the best way to sustain health is to eat lean protein sources, legumes, nuts, whole grains, and seasonal fruits and vegetables. It means minimizing the consumption of simple sugars, and incorporating healthy fats into the diet.
Eating well takes discipline and some extra time. Time to read ingredient labels. Time to shop. Time to cook, or time to seek out restaurants that serve good, wholesome food. But we think you're worth it. Don't you?

While our focus is on healthful foods, we know that taste is overwhelmingly important. As a result, our company merged two words to form our name. Ambrosial means exceptionally pleasing to taste, and especially delicious. And Folio refers to a collection, in this case a portfolio of pure and healthful foods. Combining these two words, we launched Ambrolio Foods in January 2011.
